Auto Tab Control

The new Auto Tab Control system is now available for sale.
Versions are available to be added to a standard switched system or to a
tab system controlled by the EIC5000 combined switch and display option.

 Running at optimum attitude is the key to maximum performance and fuel efficiency. By interacting directly with your trim tab system, the Bennett Auto Tab Control (ATC) monitors and maintains your boat's attitude, automatically correcting out-of-trim conditions — relieving you of the task. Maximize trim tab efficiency and increase your boating safety and enjoyment with the ATC. The Bennett Auto Tab Control system is cruise control for your boat.

CONVENIENCE:
The ATC makes precise trim tab adjustments for you. When passengers move, speed changes, winds shift, or water conditions change, the ATC system adapts and corrects . . . automatically.

MAXIMUM EFFICIENCY:
The ATC diligently and consistently adjusts your boat to the optimum attitude you set in its memory. It obtains and processes information on your boat's attitude and decides how to make the necessary attitude — correcting trim tab adjustments.

INSTALLATION IS EASY:
Mount the Attitude Sensor virtually anywhere in the boat, (location is not critical as sensor will adapt to any off-center installation when you set the zero point). Run the sensor cable to the small computer modules installed under the helm, then interface with the trim tab wire harness. Install the Helm Keypad . . . and the installation is complete!

Now run the boat, find the attitude where your boat runs at its best, press the two "SET ZERO" buttons on the keypad and the system is ready to go to work. From then on, each time you turn it on, the ATC will automatically activate the trim tabs enabling your boat to achieve the attitude residing in its memory. The zero point can be reset by just following the same procedure again. The ATC system is deactivated by touching the helm keypad "Off" or pressing the manual trim tab control.
